Okay, we are being a little lazy on this one. We had grand plans of adding pages and pages to our website with information on a variety of Strata Topics. After doing a bunch of research, we found this government website,
http://www.fic.gov.bc.ca/responsibilities/strataowners/overview.htm.

This website has all of the information we were looking to provide to our clients and our referral partners. If you click on the page, you will see a reference in the third paragraph to 28 guides. These guides provide basic information about certain parts of the Strata Property Act and its Regulations. The guides are located at:
