OUR PRICES
As part of Spagnuolo & Company Real Estate Lawyers total commitment to customer service, we are pleased to provide our current rates for standard real estate transactions.
For clients who are located in Greater Vancouver and who are obtaining a mortgage in order to purchase a single family home, our price for a standard file is $949.00 plus taxes. If there is no mortgage, our price is $849.00 plus taxes.
For clients who are located in Greater Vancouver who are selling their homes, our price for a standard file is $500.00 plus taxes (assuming there is no mortgage to discharge). For each mortgage to discharge, there will be an additional fee of $75.00 per mortgage.
For clients who are refinancing their single family homes, our standard price is $700.00 plus taxes (assuming there is one mortgage to discharge). For each additional mortgage to discharge, there will be an additional fee of $75.00 per discharge.
Please note that our price includes fees and disbursements but not taxes. Our disbursements include all land title filing fees, registration costs and agents fees. Some law firms are now excluding these from their "all-in quotes."
These prices only apply for homes under $500,000.00 and where we have received two weeks notice of the transaction. If we receive less than two weeks notice or the home is over $500,000.00, surcharges may apply. Please also note that additional charges are payable to property managers if a client is purchasing a strata unit.
