11a Do you have a realtor assisting you with your sale? If yes, please provide the realtor's name and contact information.
11b Have you executed the final Addendum to the Contract of Purchase and Sale in order to remove all the subjects set out in the Contract (i.e. such as financing clause or inspection reports)? If No, please indicate the date as indicated in your Contract for the removal of these final subjects.
