Our Abbotsford satellite office is located in the office of Lighthouse Realty Ltd. The address is #260 - 2655 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford. This is in the plaza located on the northwest corner of South Fraser Way & Clearbrook Road. Parking is free and located right in front of the office.
If you are using Highway 1 to travel to the office, take the Clearbrook exit heading north. This is exit 87. Follow Clearbrook Road north until the intersection of Clearbrook and South Fraser Way. As you drive through the intersection, turn left in to the parking lot of Clearbrook Plaza. Look for the sign for Lighthouse Realty Ltd. The office is located next to a City Blends coffee shop. Walk up the flight of stairs, or take the elevator, and ask for us. Our small sign is on the front door but there is no sign on the outside of the building.

Our Metrotown office is located at #206 - 5050 Kingsway Avenue. This is on the southwest corner of Kingsway Avenue and Marlborough (which is one block east from Nelson), in the London Drugs Plaza. We are in the same building as Re/Max Real Estate.
Our office is part of the AWARD BUSINESS CENTRE in the 2nd floor of the office building. Take the elevator to the second floor and advise the receptionist you are to meet one of our lawyers.

Our Brentwood office is located in the Willingdon Park Business Centre. The address is #200 - 4170 Still Creek Drive, which is on the southeast corner of Still Creek Avenue & Gilmore. Local landmarks are the Gilmore Street Sky train Station and Home Depot. Pay parking is in front of the building.
From Lougheed Highway turn south on Gilmore Avenue. Home Depot will be on your right hand side. Travel to the intersection of Gilmore and Still Creek Avenue and turn left on Still Creek Drive. Our office will be on the south side of Still Creek Drive and is the first driveway on the right.
If you are traveling on Highway 1, take the Willingdon Exit heading north. As you exit the freeway make sure you are heading north and turn left on to Still Creek Drive. Travel about a mile and the building is on your left side.

Coquitlam NEW OFFICE

Our Coquitlam office is our main office and is located at 300 – 906 Roderick Avenue. The building is located close to the intersection of Lougheed Highway and Blue Mountain and Brunette Avenue.
Local landmarks include IKEA (where you will never find Tony) and the French Quarter Neighbourhood Pub (where you can find Tony).
If you are using Highway 1 to travel to the office, take the Brunette exit heading north. Proceed north on Brunette and follow the road as it veers slightly left onto Blue Mountain. Stay on Blue Mountain as it crosses Lougheed Highway and turn right on Roderick. Our office building is located on the right hand side.
If you are using Highway 7 (Lougheed Highway) to travel to the office, turn north on Blue Mountain and Roderick. Our office building is located on the right hand side.
Free client parking is located on Roderick.

Our Langley office address is #206 - 20434 64th Avenue, which is in Willowbrook Business Park. We are conveniently located across the street from Costco. and our neighbour is Invis Mortgages.
The easiest way to find our office is to travel on 200 Street. Proceed to 64th Avenue and turn east (away from Willowbrook Mall). Travel on 64th Avenue until you can see Costco on the north (left) side of the street. There is a traffic light to allow you to turn left into Costco, but turn right into the parking lot of Willowbrook Business Park.
We are in the same building as Invis Mortgages. Parking is free and in front of the building, but we must admit parking sometimes is not the best.

Our Maple Ridge office is located at #200-11830-223rd Street. If you are traveling on Dewdney Trunk Road, turn south at 223rd Street and proceed to the intersection of 118 and 223rd Street. If you are traveling on Lougheed Highway, turn north on 223rd Street and proceed about half of one block.
Our office is on the east side of 223rd Street. The name on the door is IN2BUSINESS and we are on the second floor of the building. Free parking is located on the street in front and on the side of the building.

Our North Vancouver office is located just east of Lonsdale on 15th avenue. Find your way on to Lonsdale and turn east on 15th. Travel about ¾ of a block and find a parking spot anywhere on the street (free parking). The building is white in colour and is on the south side (the side closest to the water) of 15th. There is usually a “sandwich advertising board” on the sidewalk in front of the building with the name Diversified Business Services on it.
The exact address is #102-145 West 15th Street. The reception is on the right hand side of the lobby. Simply introduce yourself to the receptionist.
