COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Spagnuolo and Company Real Estate Lawyers are committed to acting ethically, while improving the quality of life of our employees, their families, the local community and society at large. We do this in a number of ways.
For our staff and their families, we try to be flexible with working arrangements to allow quality family time. We provide a healthy working environment. We recognize that working at our firm can be stressful but we try to minimize the stress for everyone as much as possible.
For the local community and society at large, we are strong supporters of a number of charities and non-profit organizations. Tony Spagnuolo, the owner of Spagnuolo & Company, is a past President of the local Chamber of Commerce, a past Board member of the Coquitlam Foundation and the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia. In addition, Mr. Spagnuolo has been a member of the local Parent Advisory Council at his children’s school, and is now on the Board of the St. Thomas More Foundation. He is also a supporter of various local children’s sports teams by donating his time or financial support.
Spagnuolo and Company Real Estate Lawyers provides an annual donation to a cause that has been recognized during the year by our staff. Past recipients include Huntington Society of Canada, Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation, Canuck Place, Children’s Hospital and the Looking Glass Foundation.
Our staff is also involved in a number of charities, including the SPCA, Basics for Babies, Habitat for Humanity, Children’s Miracle Network, VGH and UBC Hospital Foundation, missionary work in El Salvador, the Newton Advocacy Group and countless others. Our latest initiative is a Casual Friday program whereby we sponsor less fortunate families during the holiday season with food and toys so that they can enjoy the holiday season.
